Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Bee Friendly Business ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services Description

Bee Friendly Business provides professional beekeeping services including:

• On-site hive hosting and management
• Off-site hive sponsorship programs
• Honey production and harvesting
• Employee engagement and educational programs
• ESG and sustainability consulting

Service Agreements

All beekeeping services are subject to separate service agreements that will be provided upon engagement. These agreements will include:

• Specific service scope and deliverables
• Pricing and payment terms
• Duration and renewal terms
• Liability and insurance coverage
• Health and safety protocols

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods. Late payments may result in service suspension.

Health and Safety

We prioritize the safety of our clients, employees, and the public. All beekeeping activities are conducted in accordance with UK health and safety regulations. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for all services.

Environmental Responsibility

We are committed to sustainable beekeeping practices that support local ecosystems and pollinator populations. Our services are designed to have a positive environmental impact.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with appropriate notice as specified in individual agreements. We will ensure proper hive management during transition periods.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with UK law.
